  1. Copy the sample prompt.
  2. Open an AI chat tool you can access. Find a starting point.
  3. Paste, send, and check the answer.

Then try: “This still feels like too much. Give me the smallest useful version.”

Practice example · a 35-minute plan

Help me make a realistic plan for the next 35 minutes. My list: put away groceries, answer a routine email, fold laundry, and sort a photo folder. My energy is low. The groceries need putting away now. Choose up to three actions that fit, leave breathing room, and put the rest on a Later list. Label time estimates as estimates. Tell me the first action I can take in under two minutes. Keep it under 150 words.

What is Upskill Club?

Upskill Club helps everyday people get comfortable with AI through practical prompts and plain-language learning. Start with the free Your First 7 AI Wins pack. A paid founding membership is being prepared.

Is the prompt pack really free?

Yes. Your First 7 AI Wins is a free 11-page PDF with seven exercises, examples, follow-up prompts, and a wins tracker. No email address or membership is required to download it.

Do I need to be good with technology?

No. Start with an ordinary request in an AI chat tool you can access. Each exercise explains what to copy, what to change, and how to check the answer.

What is a prompt?

A prompt is a question or instruction you give AI, such as “Help me plan three easy dinners.” Everyday language works.

Can I trust every AI answer?

AI can make mistakes. Check important facts against an original source, leave out private information, and use your own judgment.

What will founding membership include?

The planned membership includes a 30-day starting path, four short monthly lessons, a monthly 45-minute group clinic and replay, a private Facebook group, and the 54-prompt reference pack. The first 30 members will pay $19/month for 12 consecutive paid months, then $29/month. Enrollment is not open yet.

Are AI tools and personal coaching included?

Any paid AI-tool subscription and 1-on-1 coaching are separate from club membership. The free prompts use ordinary language and do not require a particular app feature.
